You are eligible for coverage in one of three different medical and dental plans, as well as a vision plan, beginning the first of the month following date of hire. Prescription drug coverage is included as a part of the District's medical plans. All health insurance premium deductions are taken on a pre-tax basis.

The Bank offers a variety of programs to help you achieve a reasonable balance between your work life and your personal life. In Minneapolis, parking is available in the Bank garage for all officers and other senior-level employees. On evenings and weekends, parking is available to all employees on a first-come, first-served basis. In Helena, free parking is available to all staff.

The Bank offers a variety of ongoing wellness and fitness programs, including an on-site fitness center in the Minneapolis office (an exercise room is available in Helena), where fitness classes are conducted, as well as on-site massage (Minneapolis) and quiet rooms for nursing mothers.
An EAP is available to all employees and their households. The EAP provides confidential consultation to assist you with a variety of issues, such as domestic or emotional, financial difficulties, alcoholism, or other chemical dependencies. Clinically trained professionals are available at various locations throughout the Twin Cities and Helena areas to conduct private counseling sessions at no cost to you.
