Community Involvement

Through the community involvement program, the Bank encourages and supports employees to actively participate in volunteer initiatives that address the needs of the community and its environment.

Bank Volunteer Program

Employees have been involved in community projects for a number of years. From serving on nonprofit boards and committees to working on Paint-a-thons, from mentoring youth to feeding the homeless, we see the importance of contributing to the community in which we work and live. Some examples of our employee commitment include:

  • Homeless Shelter Dinner Program
  • Metro Paint-a-thon
  • Minnesota Aids Walk
  • School Supplies Drive
  • Mississippi River Clean-up
  • Emergency Food Shelf Drive
  • Special Olympics
  • Arc Greater Twin Cities

United Way Campaign

The Bank participates in the annual United Way campaign by combining monetary contributions, event donations, and volunteering to make a positive difference in the community.
