Reports Structure Reports The Statistical and Structure Reporting function at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis provides the staff of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System with timely and accurate data by collecting, analyzing, and processing reports used by the System to determine monetary policy and to supervise financial organizations. All report forms, accompanying instructions, and historical versions can be found at www.federalreserve.gov/boarddocs/reportforms/. From the drop-down menu, select the desired report and click on "submit query." Adobe Acrobat is needed to view, download, or print these materials. Supervisory ReportsData collected through supervisory reports are used by Board staff to prepare the Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) and the Bank Holding Company Performance Report (BHCPR), which provide banks and bank holding companies with peer group statistics and provide the Federal Reserve with necessary pre-exam/pre-inspection information.
