During a business disruption, Federal Reserve staff will work to ensure the highest possible level of service for our customers. Successful operations will require preparation, coordination and cooperation between your institution and Federal Reserve staff. Ninth District customers will be notified of a business disruption by FedLine or FedMail, depending on how your institution is set up to receive Check Services information.
In the event of a disruption, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and its Helena Branch may open an alternate delivery point for incoming check deposits. We will post the delivery location on this Web site and broadcast the location via FedLine. The Minneapolis office and its Helena Branch will also contact couriers directly and redirect work from the current location to the alternate delivery point. We intend to maintain present delivery methods for our presentments to you.

It is our intent to recover full capability including MICR delivery, Account Totals, Truncation and Imaging.
