President's Message

Fixing FDICIA: A Plan to Address the Too-Big-to-Fail Problem
Too much deposit insurance causes excessive risk taking, especially among large banks known as too-big-to-fail; to address this moral hazard problem, Congress should amend FDICIA so that uninsured depositors cannot be fully protected.
