Eric Glaubke, a senior IT project manager with the Bank’s Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Division (SRC), has been awarded the 2025 William Taylor Award for Excellence in Bank Supervision. Glaubke was recognized alongside collaborators from the Richmond Fed, Nika Lazaryan and Dengli “Jay” Yang, for their contributions to an update of econometric and statistical models that will enhance the accuracy of supervisory stress tests. As part of the team, Glaubke coordinated the complex integration of 16 separate workstreams.

Glaubke joined the Minneapolis Fed in 2023 as a project manager in SRC. In his work with the Stress Testing Program, Glaubke coordinates regulatory projects as part of annual stress testing updates and facilitates collaboration between modeling and operations teams. Prior to coming to the Bank, Glaubke worked at 3M as a project manager.

Glaubke has a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of Minnesota and is enrolled in the MBA program at Minnesota Carlson.

The William Taylor Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated sustained and extraordinary achievement and professionalism in the performance of their responsibilities within the Federal Reserve System’s Supervision function. It is named in memory of William Taylor—a previous director of the Division of Banking, Supervision and Regulation for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh provided opening remarks and Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle W. Bowman presented the awards earlier this month at a ceremony in Washington, D.C.
