Adair Mosley

Adair Mosley serves as the CEO of the African American Leadership Forum, a think-and-do tank accelerating community-informed and -driven solutions to combat anti-Black racism and address systemic inequities in all forms. The organization draws inspiration from Afrofuturist ideas and practices—which envision a future for Black communities that is inclusive, equitable, and just—and is dedicated to combining the principles of Afrofuturism with activism, community-building, and innovative problem-solving to achieve racial equity.

Prior to this, Mosley served as the president and CEO of Pillsbury United Communities, a pioneering community impact organization. Mosley is highly sought-after on topics of health equity, disruptive systems design, innovation, and social enterprises. Mosley serves on the board of MinnPost and is a trustee of the Women’s Foundation of Minnesota.
