Kirsten SimonVice President, Risk and Compliance

Kirsten Simon leads the team responsible for the Federal Reserve System’s data privacy program. She also leads the Bank’s Records and Information Management team.

Kirsten joined the Bank in 2007 and gained experience in the Bank’s enterprise risk and cash functions. She joined the Audit department in 2013 and became the Bank’s assistant general auditor in 2022.

Kirsten holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and has completed coursework for a master’s degree in leadership and management.
