Bill Keller has been with Independence Bank in Havre, Montana, since 1997. He started as a loan officer and then held successively increasing leadership roles until becoming president and CEO in April of 2021.

Keller currently serves as treasurer of the Northern Lights Athletic Scholarship Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Carroll College and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He also has a farm in Turner, Montana, and coaches an AAU basketball team.
