Advisory Committee for Reserve Bank Director Selection

The Advisory Committee for Reserve Bank Director Selection assists the member banks in the Ninth District in identifying and recommending for nomination Class A and B Director positions on our Board of Directors. The advisory committee is made up of a banking industry leader from each of the six states in the Ninth Federal Reserve District. These leaders were recommended for service on the committee by their respective state banking associations.


Michigan Representative

Roxanne Daust

Roxanne Daust

Chairman, President and CEO, Range Bank

Roxanne began her career at Range Bank in 1997 as the CFO, and moved into her role as EVP in 2011. She was promoted to President & COO in 2017, and became Chairman, President and CEO in June 2018.

Daust is the treasurer of the Lake Superior Community partnership, serves on the Dean Advisory Council of the Northern Michigan University School of Business, and has held the position of Group 1 president of the Michigan Bankers Association.

Roxanne received her BS in Computer Information Systems & Accounting from Northern Michigan University and attended the University of Wisconsin’s Graduate School of Banking.

Catherine "Kate" Kelly

EVP and Regional President, PNC Bank Minnesota

Kate Kelly is the EVP and Regional President of PNC Bank Minnesota, a position she’s held since January 2017. She is responsible for leading strategic and operational planning, creating revenue growth initiatives, and overseeing the philanthropic and community relations for the region. Prior to joining PNC, Ms. Kelly served as President and CEO of Minnesota Bank and Trust from 2007-2016, Region President of Bremer Financial Corporation from 2002 to 2007, and District Manager / Vice President at US Bank from 1985 to 2002.

Kate is an active member of the boards of the Economic Club of Minnesota, the Science Museum of Minnesota, the Children’s Theatre Company (Minneapolis), the Minnesota Orchestra, Reading & Math, Inc., and is chair of the board of ServeMinnesota. She served two full terms on the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis from 2014-2019. Ms. Kelly earned a BA in economics from St. Catherine University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Ryan Clevidence

Senior Vice President / Chief Banking Officer, Farmers State Bank

Ryan Clevidence began his career at Farmers State Bank in 2009, starting as Loan Compliance Officer. Prior to this Clevidence worked as a teller part-time while attending the University of Montana. More recently, Ryan was promoted to Senior Vice President/Chief Banking Officer. He is also a member of the bank’s Board of Directors.

Clevidence served on the Montana Bankers Association for 2 years and is currently a board member for the Child Development Center, a local non-profit that supports children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Ryan received his BA in Political Science from the University of Montana.


North Dakota Representative

Duane Bowman

President and CEO, Dakota Western Bank

Duane Bowman has worked at Dakota Western Bank for 25 years. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he served as the Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of the Bowman-South Branch. Duane serves on the North Dakota Banker’s Association Services board of directors, along with numerous boards in the Bowman community.


South Dakota Representative

George Kenzy

George Kenzy

Chairman, President and CEO, First Fidelity Bank

George Kenzy has worked at First Fidelity Bank since November of 1984, starting as a teller, and thereafter holding positions involving insurance, loans, acquisitions, human resources and senior management. He was named President and CEO of First Fidelity Bank in 2001 and Chairman in 2017.

George has been active in the South Dakota Bankers Association since 2008 as both a board member and an officer, and in 2014 he served as Chairman. He has also occupied a seat on the South Dakota Insurance Services Board. He attended South Dakota State University.


Wisconsin Representative

Greg A. Ogren

President, Security Bank Shares, Inc.

Greg began his banking career at Security State Bank as a teller and proof operator in his high school years. He later held commercial lending positions at First Bank and Century Bank. He is currently President, CEO, and Director of Security Bank Shares, Inc. managing two Bank Charters, Security State Bank and Security Bank, and serves as a Director and Senior Officer at each. In addition to other business interests, Greg is a Director and Agent of Security State Insurance Agency, and a Partner of IGO Legacy Hotel Group which has 12 locations throughout MN, WI, and MI.

Ogren currently serves on the Wisconsin Bankers Board of Directors and held the position of Wisconsin Banker Association Group One President in 2017. He serves on the American Bankers Association Membership Council and is a Board Member of the Superior Diocesan Finance Council.

He graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.A. in Finance and Marketing and an Economics minor.
