Submit the completed FR Y-6 as a Portable Document Format (PDF) in Reporting Central.
- If you have FedLine® credentials necessary to access RC (to submit the FR Y-9 reports) but have not enrolled to submit the FR Y-6, please complete a RC-1 form (check the FR Y-6 checkbox) for each individual requiring access and return it to: mpls.statistics@mpls.frb.org.
- If you do not have FedLine® credentials, please follow the Reporting Central Application Setup instructions. The timeline for obtaining these credentials can vary, so please begin the process now to ensure timely submission of your FR Y-6.
