Minneapolis Fed names Warzonek as VP of Treasury Services

Cuc Warzonek was appointed vice president of Treasury Services of the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, effective October 16. In this role, she will be responsible for leading the public-facing financial operations of the Treasury Services division.

Warzonek was previously assistant vice president in Cash Services, where she focused on continuous improvement and staff engagement.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2022, Warzonek gained 15 years of operations experience working at Brink’s Inc., rising to the role of regional vice president.

Warzonek holds a B.A. in business management from Hamline University.


The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is one of 12 regional Reserve Banks that, with the Board of Governors in Washington, D.C., make up the Federal Reserve System, the nation’s central bank. The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is responsible for the Ninth Federal Reserve District, which includes Montana, North and South Dakota, Minnesota, northwestern Wisconsin, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis participates in setting national monetary policy, supervises numerous banking organizations, and provides a variety of payments services to financial institutions and the U.S. government.
