Cara Kolb Vice President, National Information Technology

Cara leads the Solutions Management team within the Federal Reserve National Information Technology End User Services (EUS) Division.

Her team works closely with stakeholders across the System, driving strategic alignment and delivering technology capabilities to enhance end user productivity. Within the Minneapolis Fed's Ninth District, she brings a System perspective to our IT department and officer group.

Cara's career with the Federal Reserve began in 2004. She has held various positions in Treasury Services and Information Technology. Previously, she led EUS's Business Management and Internal Communications team. She also has led the Endpoint, Messaging and Mobility Operations team and served as the Director of the National Service Desk, which provides technical support for employees in all 12 Reserve Banks.

Cara has a B.A. in history and sociology from the University of Minnesota and an M.A. in management from Hamline University.
