Liz Leake Assistant Vice President, Financial Management Group

Liz Leake is an assistant vice president in the Minneapolis Fed’s Financial Management Group, leading the Bank’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Liz oversees the Bank’s budget process and plays a key role in ensuring the Bank’s financial plans align with strategic priorities. She also oversees business line financial support, management reporting and analytics, and cost accounting compliance.
Liz began at the Minneapolis Fed in 2013 as a financial analyst in FP&A. She was promoted to manager in 2014 and director in 2018. Prior to joining the Bank, she held various finance roles at Target, Delta Air Lines, and Medtronic. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Carleton College and an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
